Meet and Greet
15 minute online session to answer any questions you might have about yoga therapy, and how it works. Sometimes we are not the right 'fit' and I can refer you to other professionals in my network.
Yoga Therapy Intake Session
As a certified C-IAYT Yoga Therapist I will go over your intake form and create a personalized plan just for you. The intake session usually lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. The charge of the intake session includes the time creating your plan. You will receive electronic documents showing the details of your plan. It generally takes 5 to 10 sessions to see measurable results. Please note that the intake session is mandatory for yoga therapy participants.
Yoga Therapy Follow Up Session
The sessions are 90 minutes in length. Each progressive session will be adapted to your own personalized needs and goal focused. It generally takes 5 to 10 sessions to see measurable results.
Yoga Therapy Package 6 sessions
This package includes the intake session and five (5) follow-up sessions. ($150 off)
Yoga Therapy Package 10 sessions
This package includes the intake session and nine (9) follow-up sessions. ($260 off)
In Person Offerings
I am located in Thunder Bay, Ontario and am able to travel to your site for small or large group events. Please contact for pricing.
